Hope this finds everyone well. My name is Elsa, this is my magickal name. I received this name over 20 years ago. I was gifted this name by my High Priestess because I reminded her of the Lioness from "Born Free". It is convenient that I have blond hair, am a weather witch, and love the snow! It took me a while to get to the agreement right there. Anywho.

I grew up in Germany (Dad was in the Army) and experienced my first "witch" love there. The librarian took me to the side one day to tell me about the Witch Solistice in Salem Mass, and that I should look it up when I get back to the US. The other was watching lightning dance down the moors. They called that the Witche's Moors. Loved to watch it happen!

Moving back to the states took me away and sadly I have yet to go to Salem for the Solstice, but I have been to Salem . In 2000 is when I began the hard work into being a trained witch. I joined a coven, and then later joined another coven. Became head of that coven, then that coven dissolved. Now I am High Priestess of Coven of the Sacred Trinity. What a ride this has been. My husband is British Traditional and I have worked with him for years and moved from Wiccan to BTW. I escalated to 3rd degree in Wicca and now BTW.  I always believe you never stop, you change gears/paths/ways. You are always learning. If you are not learning then you must be dead .

I am female, 50 years old. No children. One beautiful 9-month-old puppy! Chloe .

Hi everyone just looking for some help in all of this I’ve been always drawn to the mystical and spiritual and need I say darker side of life!! However have never nurtured my curiosity. Looking for friends who can help me with that. I’m open to anything that strikes a cord!! I’m also looking for friends in the Massachusetts and Connecticut area. Thanks for all your help.

I am a newly disocvered Wiccan, hence my username. I also chose to call myself DiscoveredWiccan because I was not brought up and raised in the life; I found Wicca on my own through reasearch. And truth be told, the Wicca belief system spoke to me the most. In fact, I am in the process of reading several books about the Wiccan ways and practices, and it speaks to me very loud and clear.

My family is Christian, and I have gone to several different Churches, and I have recently tried to read the Holy Bible. But in all honesty? It just doesn't speak to me the way Wicca does. Because my family is Christian, I can't be open about my Wicca preferences. That's why I chose to join here; to speak with fellow Pagans / Wiccan practicionars.

I am a Nature and Animal lover, and belief that we are all interconnected through a divine force / being. I have a growing collection of gemstones and crystals that I've either bought or collected out in Nature. My favorite gemstone is Opal, which also happens to be the gemstone in relitive with Venus, which is Libra's (mine) planet. As I am born in September, making me a Libra.

Personally? I find it hard to go with a God that strikes fear and banishes and ends those who don't follow in His ways. Seems to defeat the purpose of peace and love am I right…?

My first attempt with the psi-wheel started when I was getting into Wicca and I've just learned about energy. I think I got into feeling energy when I've read Wicca for Beginners by Thea Sabin. Anyway, I wanted to learn more about energy and came across telekinesis. Saw a couple of videos and was instantly drawn. Watching people move objects without any physical contact fascinated me. Even saw a woman bend a spoon with ease. So I wanted to hone my telekinetic skills but I didn't know where to start. I looked online and began my search for any practical guides to develop my psychokinesis and with enough research I came across the psi-wheel.

The instructions are simple. You can use a piece of paper but I've made my own psi-wheel using aluminium. I would cut the aluminum into a small square and fold it diagonally both ways and then turn it over and fold the aluminum in half both ways. I would push the opposite centers together and then place it on a thumbtack. I would then reach out with my hands and attempt to spin the psi-wheel.

I would allow the psi-wheel to spin on its own without any specific direction. However, there were times when the psi-wheel would not move at all so I would visualize the wheel spinning in my head. I've had moments when I've seen the psi-wheel spin rapidly without putting any effort in my end. And when that happens I would feel my palms tingle with energy. I also combine meditation and focus with this exercise to facilitate the process of moving the wheel. Eventually, with enough practice using subtle energy and intention this skill can be achieved. Incidentally, I started noticing the ability to see the future after a few days of incorporating these exercises into my daily routine, so in a way, I was clairvoyant, but I didn't even know it.
