Heyy, 

My name is Youp, I’m 18 years old and from The Netherlands. I kind of am possessed by a light spirit lol, that’s how I kind of came to this site. I do not really know what to expect… if you know anything about casting away a light spirit that is residing in my body, I’m all ears. I have never been in a coven or anything so idk, new experience?

Wow I didn’t think someone would reply… what’s the difference between the two? This spirit is kind of in my body… about a year ago this spirit came to me after two difficult years of very poor physical health (and mental health). I wasn’t able to do a lot of things and so I once meditated and this spirit came to me. It started at my toes and it was very intense, every day it came a little further (as my body was blocked everywhere). After a lot of intense healing session I was able to do way more than I was able to do before… the down side to is that it made me ultra-sensitive to like everything. My senses are way better but it limits me in A LOT of things… does anyone know someone whom this happened to, and I am talking about a LIGHT spirit (not some kind of demon) as I would really want it to get out… and btw I asked it plenty of times but idk it doesn’t really do much

Now that you explained it more, this is a manifestation of your subconscious mind or some would say your higher self. Which is why it won't leave. These types of things happen when we're at moments of great distress, and thus your subconscious did something about it. What you have needs to be understood and accepted, after that things will most likely return to a relative state of normalcy. But I must point out that this isn't something to be feared. This is something you manifested yourself so came from within. I know this because I've experienced the same thing, with slight differences. Now what needs to be done is first calming the mind. Your mindset will affect you. Fear often blocks/ hinders us from attaining our true potential. In short, you can control it.
