Want some advice.

Hello! I've been interested in learning how to balance my chakras and achieve as much wholeness as I can. I want to practice more meditation and possibly do Kundalini. I want to start by balancing my root chakra and making my way upward, and I'm fine with doing that and exploring myself on my own, but I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or things they wish they understood or knew before they started. Thank you! Happy witching.

I learned a technique which works well for me
Get your body completely relaxed and quiet your mind
Picture each Chakra as a flower then imagine that flower opening fully
Begin at the Root and work your way up to the crown
Go into a meditation state until you feel ready to end the session

Some will open more quickly than others at first, this will tell you which are not in balance
Spend more time on those and after a few sessions all Chakra will quickly open and you will know all are balanced. After you can do this once a month to keep "in shape" or any time you feel the need for a tune up

Thank you so much! That's actually really good advice and I'll definitely try it out.
